Today I want to focus on an area that we are not talking about too often: Cisco’s talent at world level. The width and depth of our global talent made it easier for me to transform my sales team with amazing leaders who have long been with Cisco and brought critical global perspective, experience across various customers’ segomments and excellent technical knowledge.
