Meet Belkie: Your 45 -second certification CCNA COACH

Are you interested in learning CCNA topics? Not sure where to start certifying your network? Okay, I have a series for you!

My story about the origin of Cisco Networking

Ten years ago I was certified Cisco Networking Certification. It was the key to get my leg in the door, allowing me to cross the role from IT analyst in Cisco IT to a net engineer.

Obtaining certification provided me with skills, teaching and credibility of transition from most non -technical roles, where I worked primary with swivel tables and metrics in Microsoft Excel to start my career in networks. As a result, I am now the head of the technical advocate of learning with Cisco.

Even though I have a college title in computer science, I didn’t know exactly what I wanted to do when I graduated, just wanted to work for the Cisco System. My best friend was ahead of me for several years, working in Cisco and telling me about the values of Ao, how much he liked there under the inspiring leadership of John Chambers. My friend helped me get my leg in the door with an interview, but then it became my own passion.

I started my career in Cisco as an internmentist of IT analysts and I was transformed into a full -time rental at my school -leaving. I did not know the first thing about the company’s life and the dynamics of a large society. Beginning slowly by building my business and communication skills helped me understand what I wanted to do while I connected with colleagues from universities in Cisco. The net team was one of the new tenants, a friend named Alben. He introduced me to the team and helped me join the shading program.

I was fascinated by the way the network network was sufficiently technical to satisfy my curiosity for involvement in the technology, but not so complicated that I was impressed (as when I was dealing with hard programming in my university program). The nets hit this sweet place for me and I created a plan to get CCNA certification and this transition to the new team internally.

Joining the day of my hero to date

Long story short, I gained CCNA certification after a significant study of study, practical practice and more experiments. In the net team, I built many lifelong friends and the context that I learned from this experience, built a foundation for my career in the automation and network teaching.

Now, fast forward to Today, it’s been a long time since I had to solve the network problem every day. Many of the skills as you focused on network automation. This affects the network of concepts, but there is a whole world of ideas by itself. I still have enough knowledge to be conversational and relevant as the creator of the decision in my role as a technical advocate. However, many specifics of protocols are skills that I have not maintained up to date, although I still create CCNA content to help others start. I remember everything when I don’t learn.

I recently passed the Devcor Devnet test and undergo the process of preparing the exam was again a great way to strengthen my skills. Now I use this approved learning-DOC with CCNA.

Cert skills chat with belkie: ccna prep

I know that many people do not have a friend’s privilege in networks to help them start, so I created a series of video called Cert Skill Chats with Belkie. Each video is only 45 seconds long and is full of tips on how to prepare for CCNA. These videos will help you start with the right resources and motivation locked for your first network certification.

Suppose you are looking for Deecper dive for free sources on CCNA. In this case, I highly recommend to see a series of CCNA Prep with Hanek Preston and Patrick Gargan, where they dive into technical topics on CCNA and demonstrate with Clear Explanation.

Finlly, monitoring certification is a goal that is much easier to do in the community for both encouragement and responsibility. CCNA CCNA Learning Network is a platform where you can connect with both students who are just starting and experienced individuals who have already completed the certification process and can offer valuable advice. Whether you are just starting in it or trying to confirm the existing skills, you have a tone of resources on your fingers; You just have to take the next step. You’re going!
